Neurodiversity as a design lens for learning
We are all different.
Neurodiversity means there is no single way that people take in information, process it, participate or learn.
But a lot of training is still designed as though there is.
Neurocolours helps you notice where that happens, and gives you practical ways to design for difference from the start.
Neurocolours will help you:
Design for difference from the start
Neuroinclusive learning isn’t about creating separate versions for different diagnoses. It’s about designing with human variation in mind from the beginning.
Move beyond 'adjustments'
Rather than waiting for someone to ask for an adjustment, learn how to reduce unnecessary barriers within the learning experience itself.
Make better design decisions
Use a practical framework to look at your content, design and delivery through a neurodiversity lens, and decide where to focus your attention.
Create learning that works for more people
Give learners more ways to understand, engage and participate, without trying to make every session perfect for everyone.

What trainers and facilitators have said
"This has been one of the most impactful courses of my career. The passion and expertise is evident in every session. I left the very first workshop with ideas I could immediately put into practice. The small-group setting created a supportive learning environment, and actionable feedback on my own training. "
Christina Zinger, Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board
"I love the tandem approach to this programme – learning the theory and putting it into practice in the same session. Sascha, creates a warm and open environment and avoids content overload. For me this means that I have already made some changes that otherwise I would have felt too overwhelmed to do."
Dawn Smart, Labyrinth Learning
"Sascha has a knack for making learning easy and teaching others to do the same. The clear, colourful structure of the course and the lively, interactive delivery made it not only enjoyable but very easy to apply immediately"
Kathy Calmejane, European Investment Bank
What the programme involves:
Five practical modules that take you from understanding your current training to designing and delivering more neuroinclusively. You'll work on your own training as you go, using the Neurocolours tools and resources.
What to Expect
Use the Neurocolour Wheel to see where your current training is strong and where learners may experience unnecessary friction.
Module one: Audit your training (prerecorded)
Module two: Understand yourself and your learners
Explore your own preferences as a trainer and meet different learner profiles to understand how the same experience can land very differently.
Module three: Design neuroinclusive learning
Use the Design Palette to make deliberate choices about structure, information load, clarity & relevance.
Module four: Deliver neuroinclusively
Use the Delivery Palette to explore sensory impact, energy and focus, participation and choice, and confidence and belonging.
Module five: Put it into practice
Bring everything together by applying Neurocolours to your own training and identifying the changes that will make the biggest difference.
